Terms and Conditions
REFUNDS
Due to the custom aspect of of our photographic products, including Photo Books, albums, prints and digital files, refunds are not available once an order is placed and payment made in part or in full.
In the case of any printed product, an exchange/replacement would occur under the following circumstances;
- a manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it was received,
- damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received),
- in the event that the studio erroneously processed the order, such as an error was made on the size of the book or cover color/style, print size, etc., compared to the original recorded order.
PHOTO SESSIONS/WEDDINGS
Acts of god, extreme, inclement weather or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Hughes Photographics from photographing on your scheduled date, a mutually agreeable alternative date will be determined. An alternative photographer with similar style would be provided in the case of our death or extreme illness.
Refunds are not available if you fail to appear on the location on the day and time as booked.
POLICIES
The goal of Hughes Photographics is to provide an experience and a finished result that exceeds all expectations. We guarantee that the product which you receive will meet the highest standards in every respect and as described. The studio communicates with our clients to approve designs and custom work before orders are placed. Our fees are subject to change.
SHIPPING
Digital content is prepared and shipped/uploaded within seven days of full payment. Prints arrive 1-2 weeks after payment is received. Photo Books can absorb anywhere from 6 - 12 weeks after payment is received due to the custom aspect. Rush shipment is available on some items at an additional charge. Shipping and handling fees are billed on all physical shipments.
